With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Jane Tolbert Willcockson (Richmond, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Elizabeth and Lester Tolbert; and her siblings, Paul, Tom, Jim, Joe Tolbert, Christine, Alma Tolbert, Helen Perino and Bertha Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Bradley Willcockson (Ann), Deanna Waldrop (Wayne) and Mari Newell (Jeff); her grandchildren, Katie Willcockson (Tim), Michael Willcockson (Elizabeth), Johanna, Rachel Willcockson, Gray Waldrop (Carolyn), Claire Jackson (Blake), Joshua and Miranda Newell; and her great grandchildren, Maisie, Emery Willcockson, Erin, Hallie Waldrop and Penn Jackson.
