She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Sample Scott and Francis Wyatt Scott; and her husband Dr. Marion Douglas Hargrove, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Marion Douglas Hargrove III; her sister Frances Scott Nichols; her daughters, Lila Dickinson (Terry) and Eleanor Williamson (Spencer); her grandchildren, Scott Putney (Casey), Elisabeth Mygatt (Justin), Douglas, Thomas and Katherine Williamson; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Carter, Ellie Putney, Harrison, Marshall and Frasier Mygatt; her sister Lila Scott; and her great-aunt Miss Emma Scott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
