She was predeceased by: her husband George Williams; and her parents, Sarah Stokes and John Stokes. She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Philips, Sylvester Phillips (Julie) and Ronald Phillips (Kiyoka); and her siblings, Claudia Kinchen, Edith Goodman, Sally Coleman and Williams Stokes Sr.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Stony Point Presbyterian Church (2330 Buford Rd, Bon Air, VA 23235).
