With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sheila Burris Elyzee (Richmond, Virginia), born in Newark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Rich and Emory Burris; her siblings, Wanda Burris, Reginald Clark and Walter Clark; and her grandparents, Susie and Jack Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Elyzee; her son Sammir Wallace; her sisters, Annette Evelyn of Henrico, VA, Jeannette Perkins (Judson) of New Jersey and Marion Burris of Delaware; her nieces and nephews, Tyrone Love Sr., Stephen Nash Jr., Gloria Nash and Talia McCray; her great-nieces, Kimora Nash and Rhyan Singletary; and her great-nephew Tylar Love. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
