With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Dudley Norris in Richmond, Virginia, born in Charleston, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Norris; and her parents, James Dudley and Agnes Dudley. She is survived by: her sisters, Agnes and Gloria; and her children, Susan (Greg), Jim (Sarah) and John (Stephanie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
