She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Small, Jr.; her sons, David W. Small (Belinda) and Darren R. Small (Jacky); her grandchildren, Dillon R. Small (Courtney), McKinley M. Smith (Kody) and Cassie R. Small; and her brother William "Tommy" Foster, Jr.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
