He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty M. Watts and John A. Watts of Rustburg, Virginia.. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Arnold (Brad) of Chesterfield, Virginia, Mike Watts of Lynchburg and Eddie Watts (Teresa) of Mechanicsville, Virginia. He is also survived by step-children, grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
