Sonya Teresko Fluckiger Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sonya Teresko Fluckiger (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Karen Austin, Irene McGovern and Amy Fluckiger; her grandchildren, Taylor Austin and Rebecca Hunsaker; her parents, L. I. and Yankees; her husband Fred Fluckiger; and her close friends, Bill, Carol Parsons, Glenn and Judy Palmer. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or food please donate to the church, Epiphany Lutheran on Horsepen Rd. Mom was 1-in-a-million and will be missed beyond measure.
