He is survived by: his son Forrest (Amanda); his grandchildren, Reagan, Kennedy and Joseph; his daughter Emily (Pat Berish); his brothers, Ed, Jr. (Mary Ellen) and Tim (Marita); his grandchildren, Samuel Mann, Travis and Chloe DiGirolamo; Christopher, Jason, Aaron (Tamara) and April DiGirolamo.
