He was predeceased by: his father John C. Ellis Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Julia O. Duckworth; and his brothers, John C. Ellis Jr. (Ellen), Donald G. Ellis Sr. and David W. Ellis Sr. (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, caretakers, and dear friends.
