Stockton Tyler Watson Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stockton Tyler Watson Sr. of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Roddy Watson; his stepmother Polly; his grandparents, Ruth, Rudy Watson, Caroline and Stocky Tyler; his uncle Big Mike; and his stepsister Gray Todman.
He is survived by: his mother Lina Watson; his sons, Roddy and Mac; his stepfather Jack Byrd; his sister Wing; his nephew Peyton; his niece Caroline; his aunts, Sallie Carter Tyler and Nelle Tyler McCabe; his cousin Michael (Merrick); his stepbrother John Todman (Bryn); and also, Tom Duquette, Helen, Sallie Carter, Betsy and Marshall.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Galilee Church (3928 Pacific Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the B. Thomas Duquette Endowment for Lacrosse at Norfolk Academy, Chesapeake Bay Academy, Cape Henry Collegiate, or the charity of your choosing.
