He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Blackwell Sr. (Ellen), Larry Blackwell (Theresa) and Stuart Blackwell Jr. (Tomika); his brother William Henry Blackwell Jr. (Maude); and his sister-in-law Irene Williams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
