Mayberry Jr.; her daughters, Crystal Marie Mayberry, Julie Nicole Mayberry and Christine Dawn Mayberry; her grandchildren, Kaiden Crouse, Kylie Crouse, Karissa Crouse and Joshua Mayberry; and her nephew Shawn Murphy.
