He is survived by: his parents, Bettie Vestine Ford of Carrollton, Virginia and Arkeia Hale (Theodore Jr.) of Philadelphia; his siblings, Raleigh Ford, Jr. (Joyce) of Suffolk, Raleigh Collins (Lilly) of West Virginia, Melinda Groom of Carrollton, VA, Velma Robertson of Newport News, VA and Tina Ford of West Virginia; and his grandchildren, Theodore S. Hale, IV of Philadelphia and Ashton R. Hale of Philadelphia. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
