He is survived by: his wife Sandi Snedegar Eubank; his daughter Brooke Nicole Metheny (Matthew); his father Thomas E. Eubank; his mother-in-law Faye Snedegar; his stepsons, Taylor Callahan (Haley) and Shawn Callahan (Marisa); his stepgrandchildren, Allanah Callahan, Atlanta Callahan, Noelle Dahlman and Walker Callahan; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Snedegar and Louise Spicer. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
