He is survived by: his wife Mary Virginia Kelley Bliley; his daughter Mary Vaughn Bliley Utter (Joe); his grandchildren, Jennifer Vick Mary Kathryn (Shad), Thomas J. Bliley, IV Shawn Patrick (Shannon) and Joseph Utter, III; and his daughter-in-law Terry Bliley-Zeliff.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Benedictine High School or St. Gertrude High School.
