He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oliver and Bertha Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Oliver; his son Jason Oliver; his aunt Lois Shockley; and his brother Leslie Oliver. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hyles Baptist Church (7220 Courthouse Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
