She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Edward Phillips, Sr.; her granddaughter Holly Smith; her great grandchild Evan Phillips; and her son-in-law Ron Price. She is survived by: her children, Richard Edward Phillips, Jr. (Judy), Robert Scott Phillips (Sherry), James David Phillips (Bunny), Sherri Price and Yvonne Renee Kemp (David); and her sister-in-law Lynn Casagrande (Ado). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230).
