He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace B. Millner and Virginia Reed Millner; and his former wife Nancy Bost Millner. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Tina" Burke Millner; his sons, Wallace Michael Millner (Jill Forney) and Christopher Bost Millner (Toni); his stepsons, Gordon Lewis (Jami) and Burke Lewis (Leigh); his sisters, Virginia "Ginger" Kemp (late Francis B.) and Ann Harrell (Bryant); his grandchildren, Reed, Griff, Quinn, Beckett Millner, Madeline, Emma, Charlie, Ryan, Reade and Callie Lewis; and his stepgrandchildren, Jackson, Clio and Colby.
