He is survived by: his family, Hugh Ragland, Deborah Minter, Dave Landman, Elaine Mitchell and Nancy Mitchell; and his cousins, Thelma Ratcliffe, Shirley Jones, Harold W. Ratcliffe Jr. and Patricia Nuttall. He is also survived by other loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
