He is survived by: his wife Frances P. Whitlock; his sons, William B. "Chip" Whitlock, IV and Kevin N. Whitlock (Lauren); his granddaughters, Anna Joy Whitlock "Banana", Charlotte Grace Whitlock "The Grape" and Emily Faith Whitlock "Blueberry"; and his sister Janet W. Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
