He is survived by: his wife Emma Wooten Whitlock; his children, Danial Hurley (Wanda), Kim Hurley Caime (Jon), William E. Whitlock III and Holly Grace Whitlock; his stepsons, Brad Seay (Kristie) and Jonathan Seay; his grandchildren, Alex, Olivia, Will, Jacob and Gabriel; his stepgrandchildren, Ashton, Memphis and Aniston; and his sister Cindy Henley.
