He is survived by: his children, Gayle and Jeff (Cindy); and his caregivers, LaShante, Sylvia, Samantha, Marquita, Katty, Jaida, Makaila, Brittany and Jennifer. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
