He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar H. Hooker and Elinor K. Hooker; and his brothers, Oscar Hooker, Jr. and Tommy Hooker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hooker; his son Luke Hooker (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Caitlin (JR), Courtney (James) and Hayley (Casey); his son Wesley Hooker; his grandchildren, Tyler and MacKenzie (Ayden); and his brother Joe Hooker (Anne).
