He is survived by: the mother of his children Nancy Taylor; his children, Alissa Atkins, Jeff Knopke (Angela) and Todd Knopke (Sono); his grandchildren, Layla, Aiden, Sky, Fionnlagh and River; his pets, Finn and Gwen; his sisters, Patricia Fergus and Terry Hassig; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Kimi, Travis and Brett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home - Central (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society or to a local youth sports association of your choice.
