He was predeceased by: his father James McGinnis; and his siblings, Joanne Jungbark and Stephen McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Heather McGinnis; his mother Mary McGinnis; his siblings, Butch, Edward, Mark, Katherine and Susan; his brother-in-law Lennart Jungbark; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Wood and Marcella Wood; and his brothers-in-law, Brett Wood, Jason Wood and Keegan Wood.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home (1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23229). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
