He is survived by: his brother Joseph Newton Mercer of Destin, FL; his daughters, Debra Mercer Peterman (Thomas), Sunny McNally (Bob) and Dawn Lambert (Richard); his grandchildren, Alan Compton, Anne Compton-Brown, Katelyn Wade, Clare San Miguel, Chase Lambert and Morgan Spivey; and his great grandchildren, Luke Compton, Peyton Duda, Elyana Wade, Mariella, Ezra, Judah San Miguel and Baby Boy Spivey. He is also survived by Uncle.
