He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary H. Blaylock and Orville R. Blaylock; his wife Eleanor Huddle Blaylock; and his brothers, George R. Blaylock and Donald L. Blaylock.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Blaylock Lewis of Charlotte, William Kenneth Blaylock and Charlotte Blaylock McGee of Richmond; his children-in-law, Laura B. Blaylock, David A. Lewis and Christopher T. McGee; his grandchildren, Elizabeth M. Lewis, Mary W. Lewis, Bryan E. Blaylock, Kathryn B. Gibson, Christopher B. McGee and Eleanor G. McGee; his grandson-in-law Hunter W. Gibson; and his great grandchild Thomas W. Gibson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (2709 Monument Ave, Richmond, VA 23220).
