She was predeceased by: her parents, John Witt and Neacy Spencer Witt; and her siblings, Esther Claybrooks, Estelle Willard, Troy Witt, Lewis Witt and Dewey Witt.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Lee McAlexander; her daughter Mary A. Garzon (Fernando); and her brothers, Robert Witt (Becky) and Glenn Witt (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Old Center Primitive Baptist Church (4410 Stones Dairy Rd, Bassett, VA 24055).
