She was predeceased by: her father Harold Bruton. She is survived by: her mother Lorene Bruton Casey; her husband Edward R. Newman, Jr. (Eddie); her children, Dean Bruton of Ridgeway, Virginia, Tim Newman of South Carolina and Tracy Newman West of South Carolina; and her granddaughter Samantha Bruton of South Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
