She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Marie Moore Cox and Grady Sanders Cox; her daughter Susan Shrader Gauldin; her siblings, Mable Cox Lamkin, Vergie Marie Cox, Joe Cox, Tony William Cox, Harvey Lee Cox, Charles Cox and James Cox; and her grandson Lucas Nathaniel Gauldin.
She is survived by: her husband Howell Franklin Shrader, Sr.; and her children, Rebecca S. Goodin (Jerry) and Howell Franklin Shrader, Jr. (Janet). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
