He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Mayo Waters; his children, Cecile Marie Waters List (David) and Barry Jackson Waters (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Hannah Merrill (Cory), Alyson Jelicich (Adam), Christopher List, Daniel List, Joella Waters and Josiah Waters; his great grandchildren, Eliza, Natalie, Kairi and Samuel; and his sisters, Irene Johnson and Christene Jones (Johnny).
