He was predeceased by: his father Grady Mullins. He is survived by: his sons, J. L. Mullins, Jr. (Cheryl), Kenneth Mullins (Terri) and Wesley Mullins (Marie); and his sister Joy Prance. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
