He was predeceased by : his father Joe Willie Moyer, Sr.; and his siblings, Lula Moyer, Harry, Lloyd, James, Willie and Cornell Moyer.
He is survived by : his daughter Laurie Watkins; his grandson Kelvin Smith; his siblings, Mae Moyer, Neather Thomas (Charlie), Peggy Moyer, Marie Artis, Floyd Moyer (Emma) and Bud Moyer; and his granddaughters, Karla Gaddy and Marie Strange. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
