He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Howard Tollison and Georgia Mae Tollison; and his brother Robert Tollison (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Toni Arwood Tollison; his children, Sally Farnham (John), Carrie Painter (Travis), Stephanie Tollison and Michael Tollison (Jane); his brother Ben Tollison (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Cody, David, Tyler, Catherine, Natalie, Davis, Nathan, Eliza and Amelia. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
