He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Evans and Barbara Jones Evans; his grandparents, Joe, Carlene Jones, Roy and Lillian Evans; his uncle Tommy Jones; and his cousin Tonia Lynn Mora.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Evans (Kayla), Chad Evans and Jacey Evans; his grandchildren, Leah Hutchens, Lilly Hutchens, Brantley Evans, Paisley Carter, Jackson David Evans, Presley Hodges, Preston Hodges and River Evans; his sister Dawn Hilburn; and his brother-in-law Robert.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 140 Rock Hollow Dr, Stoneville, NC 27048. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Friendly Worship Center (1110 Morehead Ave, Ridgeway, VA 24148).
