She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley P. Leonard and Clara L. Williams Leonard. She is survived by: her son Justin Allen Workman; her siblings, Shirley Shelton and Wesley Wayne Leonard; and her granddaughter Willow Rayne Workman. She is also survived by two nieces; and two nephews.
