He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Oakes Horsley and Claude Swanson Horsley; and his siblings, Ruth David, Claude Horsley Jr., Marvin Horsley, Willie Horsley, Roy Horsley and J. C. Horsley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Horsley; his brothers, Jack Horsley (Jean) and Larry Horsley; his children, Kathy Jones (Tommy), Stacy Whitacre (Robert), Ken Horsley Jr. (Susan), Kendra Horsley (Court) and Christie Beacham (Brian); his grandchildren, Kaylee Hartsock (Jordan), Cody Jones, Jacob Jones, Nicholas Horsley (Lydia), Payton Horsley, Kole Wagoner, Lucas Burleson, Caitlin Beacham, Caleb Beacham (Brie), Camelle Beacham and Clayton Beacham; his great grandchildren, Schuylar, Zane, Lyric, Scarlett, Josie, Ella, Brooks, Olivia and Lainey; and his special loved ones, Diana and Ricky Roland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wayside Baptist Church (1256 Morehead Ave, Ridgeway, VA 24148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
