He is survived by: his mother Patsy Louise Thore Mann; his wife Barbara Jean Martin Powell; his sons, Scott Cameron Powell (Chassity), Joseph Martin Powell and Michael Lewis Powell; his siblings, Kathy Powell Ray (Victor) and Stephen Randolph Powell; and his grandchildren, Eva Marie Powell and Isaac Cameron Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
