She is survived by: her husband Jeremiah Lewis; her daughter Jennifer Van Houten (Mike); her stepchildren, Lori Lewis and Joseph Lewis; her granddaughter Mackenzie Van Houten; and her brother Vernie Palmer (Mary Ann). She is also survived by two step-granddaughters; three step-grandsons.
