She was predeceased by : her father Samuel A. Nichols; her husband James Oscar Wright; her son Earnest Michael Wright; and her siblings, Maggie Harris, Lillie Cox, Ora Hancock, Viola Smith, Addie Stroop, Daisy Mitchell, Bertha Lankford, Minnie Wright, Docie Marie Nichols, Hattie Elmer Nichols, Euel Nichols and Samuel Cody Nichols.

She is survived by : her son Wesley Wayne Wright. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
