He is survived by : his wife Adelia Moore Smith; his daughters, Martha Smith Anderson (Brady), Sue Smith Hane (Tom) and Lee Smith Robison (Churchill); his daughter-in-law Susan Prillman Smith; his grandchildren, Wyatt Anderson (Meg), John Brady Anderson, Julia Anderson, Nicholas Hane, Claiborne Hane (Jessica), Anna Sullivan (Josh) and Morgan Robison; his great grandchildren, Max Smith, Tucker and Ford Sullivan; and his caregivers, Stephanie Wade, Shirley Everett Wimbush, Chris, Maurice Parent, Dorothy Wells, Shirley Stockton and Marquita Rucker. He is also survived by his wives, children and grandchildren.
