She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie Mae "Peggy" Conner; her brothers, Richard and Kenneth Conner; and her brother-in-law Donald Hall. She is survived by: her children, Steven Phillips, Jennifer P. King, Chris Phillips (Kristi) and Stephanie Rich (Allen); her grandchildren, Trysten Phillips, Kaylee Phillips, Jack King, Ava King, Thomas Phillips, Caylen Phillips and Elijah Rich; her close friend James Wall; and her siblings, Daniel Raymond "Buck" Conner, Benjamin Thomas Conner, Sr. (Kim), Roberta Alice Hall and Marian Rebecca Phelps (Coleman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donation to be made in Charlotte's name to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Rd. S.W., Lilburn, GA, 30047.
