She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Doss and Mary Oakes Doss; her husband Bobby Daves Taylor; and her siblings, Bobby Doss, Irvin Doss, Ollie Doss and Sara Smart.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Taylor Turner of Richmond, VA. and Ronnie Taylor (Kathy) of Ringgold, VA.; her grandson Aaron Taylor (Catharine); and her siblings, George Doss (Sue) and Clara Childress. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wrenn-Yeatts North Main Chapel (225 Wiles Rd, Ringgold, VA 24586). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Burial Park (3049 N Main St, Danville, VA 24540).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Ringgold Vol.
