He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Moss Hicks Brown; his son William Trent Hicks (Tammy Laws Hicks); his grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn Hicks, Benjamin Trent Hicks and Brittany Ann Hicks; his sister Rachael B Osmus; his nephews, Jerry Walker, Carroll Walker (Martha) and Michael Walker (Charlotte); and his niece Kathy Osmus.
