He is survived by: his wife Betty Mayhew Davis; his daughter Wendy Davis Newlin (Dave) of Graham, NC; his sister Kelly Ostrowski (Charlie) of Arizona; his grandson David Newlin of Winston Salem, NC; and his great grandchild Graham Joseph Newlin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Services, Mount Hermon Chapel (3995 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA 24540).
