He was predeceased by : his parents, Carrie Bell Roberts Barker and William Joseph Barker; his son Terry Lee Barker, Sr. of Ringgold, VA.; and his brothers, Stanley, Garland, James and Clarence Barker (Bubba).

He is survived by : his wife Jane Bailey Barker; his daughter Lisa McDaniel (Mark) of Cary, NC.; his daughter-in-law Vickie Barker of Ringgold, VA; his grandchildren, Lindsay Atkinson (Jammie Crumpton-Fiancé) of Ringgold, VA, Terry Lee Barker Jr. (Sarah), Carrie Staton (Corey), Melissa Graham (Patrick) of Apex, NC and Paige McDaniel (Steve Radford-Fiancé) of Cary, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Tanner Atkinson, Addilyn, Kenna Barker, Fisher, Eli, Haddon, Campbell Staton and Tucker Graham.
