With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elsie Schichl of Rixeyville, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Anderes and Maria Helena Eichner Anderes; her husband John Schichl; her sister Christa Beline; and her son-in-law Joe Daly.
She is survived by: her children, Anneliese Kratochvil (Joe), Heidi DuPree (Robert), Kristi Daly, Erica Pitzer (Keith) and Hans Schichl (Judy); her grandchildren, Melissa Kratochvil, Jennifer Kratochvil Berryman (Rynell), Jonathan DuPree (Cyndi), Monica DuPree (Spencer Smith), Jacob DuPree, Tyler Daly (Riley), Hannah Daly (P. J. Knappenberger), Eion Schichl, Preston Pitzer and Max Pitzer; her great grandchildren, Marreon, Ryker, Remy, Jackson, Graham, Finn, Luna and Aila; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Berzinskas, Donna Toth (Steve), Jeannette Schichl, Frances Schichl and Joseph Schichl (Sharon). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
