He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Robinson Freeman and Bertha Elizabeth Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Freeman; his children, Cristol R. Porter, Jeffrey L. Porter (Michelle), Anthony L. Porter (Candace), Marsha F. Hanberry (Judd), Forrest, Lee and Freeman, Jr. (Tammie); his grandchildren, Latoya, Shawn, Gabrielle, Jeffrey Jr., Raven, Dominique, Da'ontre, Z'khyia, Christian, Cayden, Patrick, Zion, Ezekial, Madison, Mila and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Dominque Jr., Eliza, Noriah, Eniyah and Zakiyah; his godson James Freeman Jr.; and his siblings, Lillian Aylor, James Freeman (Charlotte), Anna Carter, Arlene Bailey (Edward), Darlene Ferguson, Barbara Hemmons, William "Bill" Freeman (Ellen) and Richard "Dick" Freeman (Leigh). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many treasured friends.
