He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter Ray and Maudie Ray; his wife Madelyn Marie Ray; his siblings, Grady P. Ray, Lester Ray, Sr. and Opal Marie Pack; and his granddaughter Christina Ann Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Allen Ray, Sr., Caroline Melinda Ray Cornett (Kenneth, Sr.), Darlene Madelyn Ray Ferguson (Wade) and Helen Marie Ray Kinzer (David); his sister Pauline Helton Lester; and his brother-in-law Don Ray. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
